Local Delivery Policy (Non-holiday):

Orders by 2pm:

We strive to deliver all orders the same day if placed by 2pm.  Most of the time this is the case however, sometimes due to unforeseen reasons or a busy schedule we may not be able to get all orders out on the same day.  If this happens the order will go out the next morning first thing and we will call to notify you or make other arrangements as soon as we realize we may not make the deadline. 

Our deadline for making local deliveries is 7pm Monday - Saturday.  (Sunday for special orders placed via phone by Saturday at 12pm).   

Last minute orders / Same day deliveries:

We are sometimes able to deliver or ship the same day with little notice.  Last minute orders are always welcome.  We know that you are busy and want to help assist you in fulfilling all your gift giving needs so please feel free to give us a call to request and confirm your last minute orders.  The best thing to do is place your order online for same day deliveries.  You can also call to let us know or confirm!

Important Information:

1. Please be certain to make sure that your recipient is available to accept your gift on the day of delivery.

2. Some businesses do not accept deliveries for employees so please try and find this out prior to delivery day!

3. There is a small redelivery fee for orders that have the wrong address or recipients that are not available to accept delivery

4. We do not leave deliveries so please make arrangements to find out when the recipient will be available to accept delivery.

5. Please inform of us any details that will assist in the delivery of your gift.

Valentine's Local Delivery: 

Nothing makes someone feel more special than a hand delivered gift!  Our Valentine's Balloons, Gifts and Gift Baskets are available for local delivery in the Raleigh/Triangle area.  We will deliver local orders until 8pm on Valentine's Day.  We will also take last minute orders however, Valentine's is a busy time of year so we recommend placing your order prior to February 12th to confirm local delivery time.  To ensure that your gift arrives promptly please make every effort to provide a contact number for yourself and the recipient and confirm their location for delivery!
