You do not need a PayPal account to order!

When you accept you will be taken to the Globe Charge secure order page and then to the PayPal billing page.  Look for the "continue" link to place your order without setting up a PayPal acct OR login and use your existing/new PayPal acct.  If you do not enter your credit card information through PayPal your order will not be processed unless you call to pay by phone.

Order Confirmation

You will receive order confirmation after placing your order with TTP.  You will also receive an order confirmation with tracking if your order is shipped.  If your order is for local delivery you will receive an email with the delivery time in most cases after your recipient has already called to thank you!  If you wish to check on an order please feel free to call us!

 

Substitution Policy

We reserve the right to substitute the contents of a basket, balloon order or gift for products of equal or greater value when necessary.  We will not however substitue a basket or container for a different basket or container neither will we substitute an occasion or theme.  If a situation arises where we are out of stock we will make every effort to call and/or email you immediately to request or confirm alternatives.  If necessary we will offer to upgrade your product or provide additional products for the inconvenience.  In most cases this is not an issue however we like to inform you of our policies.

 

 

Warm Weather Policy

During warm weather we redesign the contents of our baskets to eliminate items that may be affected by the weather.  It may be necessary to substitute non-perishable merchandise of equal or greater value so that your gift may arrive perfect condition.

 

Delivery Procedures

 

Residential Deliveries

We do our very best to deliver every order on time however, in some cases extenuating circumstances may result in the delivery being attempted when a recipient is not home.  If there is no one available to receive the delivery we will leave a message on the door and/or make 1 attempt to contact the recipient to make arrangements to redeliver or deliver elsewhere.  If we can not reach the recipient we will then contact the sender for a solution. 

 

 

School Deliveries

Many schools have restrictions on deliveries.  Please contact to confirm delivery for approval prior to ordering. 

 

Hotel Deliveries
For security reasons, we are unable to deliver balloons directly to the room of a guest. All hotel deliveries for guests are left with the concierge or the front desk, depending on the hotel's policy. Once the balloons have been delivered to one of these locations, we consider the delivery complete. Customers sending balloons to hotel guests are encouraged to contact the hotel to confirm that the balloons have been transferred to the guest by the hotel.


Deliveries to Secure Buildings

In many office buildings and other facilities with restricted access, we are usually required to leave the balloons with a receptionist. We will attempt to leave a message with the recipient advising that a delivery has been made and is waiting for them. Once the balloons have been delivered to the receptionist, we consider the delivery complete.


Hospital Deliveries
Latex balloons are banned from some hospitals due to latex allergy liability issues. Mylar (foil) balloons are usually acceptable. However, in some cases a patient may not be able to receive balloons. Customers should contact the hospital for approval before sending balloons to a patient.  In some cases we are not allowed to deliver directly to a patient's room so be sure to confirm the delivery with the recipient or check with the hospital front desk.

 

*As far as we know all of the Hospitals in the Triangle accept both mylar and latex balloons but if a situation arises we will substitute mylar for latex.
